'i rang a handfull of companies in Cheltenham before you and all they said was they didn't have a Luton and left it at that. I just wanted to say that i appreciated your customer service in simply sujesting a alternative vehicle, which the other companies could actually of easily done, In hindsight, given that we should have look for a larger vehicle, bigger than the Luton we originally requested, however, that said i am happy with how things worked out. '
